Brief Answer:
The given LFTs result is suggestive of Alcohol induced liver problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern for the LFTs.
The given values of GGT, AST and ALT are raised and are suggestive of liver injury apparently caused by alcohol intake. Since you have already developed some problem with the liver hence it is not advisable for you to continue to drink even a little amount as its intake may further damage the liver. A complete recovery is possible only if you quit it once for all for your better health.
The HbA1c level is also increased which is suggestive of uncontrolled diabetes that is why your treating physician has increased the dose for diabetes medications.
Hope the suggestion given above would be beneficial to you in preventing further complications of alcohol intake.
Wishing you best of your health.
