Brief Answer:
Please see as below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. First of all, 50 is too young to be feeling like this, so a check up and thorough evaluation should be done in order to figure out the reason.

A complete blood and urine test, checking for glucose and thyroid hormone levels, among other things, would give an insight to begin with.

Once the common culprits such as high blood sugar and a low functioning thyroid, as well as heart and blood pressure, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions are ruled out, stress, anxiety and or depression should be taken into consideration as the possible cause.

So I recommend you see your primary care physician as soon as possible.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
