Shooting Pain In Stomach, Pain On Standing Up, Moving Around, Frequent Bowels. Food Poisoning?
Ive never done this before but why not give it a shot. i have no insurance so i cant go to my primary care . i woke up this with shooting pain in my stomach , all over. it hurt to stand up, move around, laying down. on top of that my bowel moveents havent stop since 8 this morning. ive been reading up on my symotoms and alot of people are saying food poisioning. please help! :(

Where is the area of exact pain? From where to where it is radiating? Possible causes are like right hypocdriac pain may radiate to right shoulder, ureteric pain radiates to the scrotum, pain in pancreas radiates to back etc.
If associated with loose stools may be due to infection or irritable bowel syndrome or dysentery.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks.
Use Sporulac thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please get it done ultrasound abdomen and get treated accordingly.
