Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome which may be aggravated by taking alcohol, caffeine drinks or spicy products or dairy products or gluten contain food. Other possibilities like chronic gastritis with h pylori infection or food Intolerance etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid and caffeine drinks. Use probiotic twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
