Brief Answer:
Please provide more information for better assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description I would advise you to follow these guidelines
You should do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash
you should take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs for 3 to 5 days

Another possibility is pharyngitis or tonsillitis which might be related to allergy or infection.

Here I would like further details to guide you better
Are you having running nose or coughing
any aggravating or relieving factor if you can identify
If possible take a photograph and upload here

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes
