Brief Answer:
Probably postural hypotension.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Most probably your husband's symptoms were caused by momentary lowering of blood pressure due to heat, change of position and lack of sleep ( postural hypotension).

Another possibility related to your husband's symptoms, especially if he experienced fever is food intoxication.

Both conditions need good fluid intake, avoiding heat and rest.

If the symptoms persist after a couple of days, there is need to consult with your husband's primary care Doctor.

Brief Answer:
It wasn't stroke.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

No fever, then it was most probably a temporary lowering of blood pressure.

If your husband didn't had any other concerns after this episode, then there is no need to worry about stroke.

Best regards. Glad I helped.
