Brief Answer:
Get evaluated by a neurologist and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Vertigo during driving is common in some person but if persists otherwise also then you may require some examination and investigation.
You should get your blood pressure measured.
Is there any history of hearing loss, loss of consciousness, vomiting, walking difficulties or motor weakness?
For treatment you may do vertigo exercises and take dizitac or vertin for few weeks.
If sympathetic persists get evaluated by a neurologist or ENT specialist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist or an ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are two possibilities
1) Head injury related damage to vestibular nerve leading to vertigo and nausea.
2) migraine headache or basilar migraine leading to symptoms.
You can get evaluated and take Flunarizine or cinnarizine or diphenhydramine for vertigo along with exercises.
