What Does Protruding Collar Bone Suggest?

what doesit mean when your collar bone is larger and protruding more than the other side? I am 56 years old, but still very active, working 2 jobs. I have high blood pressure, I also take zoloft and zanax for depression and anxiety issues which do not affect my lifestyle due to the medication. I take a potassiium pills because of one of my high blood pressure pills. I take a mild hydrocodone because of my knee that needs to replaced. There is some hearing loss in my right ear, the same side as the protruding collar bone.
