Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
How are you feeling now? Do you still have burning when you pee. Since you say the sex was rough, it probably might have caused a small abrasion on the vulva. That could be the reason for burning when you pee. It should subside within 2-3 days. If it does not subside you need to get urine culture done to find if you have any urinary infection.

If you feel the vagina is dry use lubricant gel like clingel just before sex.
I hope this helps. If you have further concerns I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Brief Answer:
Cranberry juice is good.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As I wrote earlier, there must have been an abrasion on the vulva. I expect it to heal in 2-3 days time. Cranberry juice is good. You can definitely drink it.

If you have further queries I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
