Brief Answer:
possible endometriosis or endometriosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The MOST COMMON REASON for pain during intercourse is cervicitis or fibroids or even pelvic inflammatory disease, but if the pain is felt after completion of intercourse due to uterine contractions can be due to ADENOMYOSIS and ENDOMETRIOSIS. You need to get an ultrasound pelvis done for her to rule out these causes and in the mean time she can be on NSAIDS for pain relief. Also required would be a per vaginal examination and a high vaginal swab culture to rule out local infection as well, which can be contributory to pain.
