Question: I am having problems initiating an urine flow, I had green light treatment a year ago?

Having a green light surgery means the prostate is still open because it had just been one year. If you had no problems before and have good urination right after surgery then suddenly now your have problems them there might be a urethral stricture.

This can be confirmed by doing an office cystoscopy to see the passage of urine if there is no obstructing tissue.
