Brief Answer:
consult neurologist, take pain killers

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Your headache duration is short but not of severe intensity. As you have no associated features and no apparent danger signs, I will advise you to take pain killers like Naxdom 500 mg once or twice for a week with pantoprazole once daily.
For better assessment you can visit a neurologist who can examine you and advice accordingly.
You may require some investigation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
