Brief Answer:
Candida infection of the penile region

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the penile region called candida infection.
It leads to whitish discharge along with development of fissures and cuts in the foreskin.
Apply candid cream or canestan cream over the affected area twice a day after cleaning the affected area with lukewarm water.
Dry the affected area nicely before applying the medicine.
Take tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for two weeks.
Continue applying the medicine for atleast two weeks continously.
I am sure this will help you.
Do not apply any other cream or oil or things like dettol or savlon over the groin area.
