Brief Answer:
Do you have any other symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. I will like to find out if you have any other symptoms like fever, headache, flu symptoms, difficulties swallowing, etc. Should you have, please report to me so that I can factor them into my reasoning for a more helpful response. Are these bony knots new or have always been there? Do you think this might represent swollen glands or just normal bony nature?

If you don't, then I will say this is probably a non specific pain. I will recommend that you take Tylenol and Ibuprofen as recommended by your pharmacist. This should control the pains. Unless something else comes up, there is no reason to seek further medication attention at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
