Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Swelling under tongue followed by cold and flu and stuffed nasal passages suggest sinusitis and involvement of oral cavity with inflammation is pretty common. Amoxicillin although was a rush as it may be viral or seasonal allergies induced inflammation, and with out any fever documented amoxicillin use can be waited for, however continue use of ibuprofen and use home remedies like warm comforting beverages like green tea mixed with honey, use humidifier in room, rinse your oral cavity with garlic water and warm salt water, frequently clear your nasal passages but moderate blowing. It takes a couple of days to subside. If fever kicks in or you feel a sore throat or a swelling in tongue area increases, consult a local physician, let them have a look, take some throat swabs, some blood work up and will give you some prescription meds for a few days. Dont worry it will be over soon.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
