Brief Answer:
Take appropriate full treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for choosing HCM

Yesterday's episode may or may not be related to infection. However my first suspicion is that she must be having Yeast infection because treatment was incomplete. It is better if both of you take appropriate treatment to treat and prevent repeated infection. As fungal infection should be treated with full course of medications for effective treatment, I suggest she should take full treatment; further paltry treatment leads to resistance.
