Brief Answer:
Give paracetamol to reduce headache, visit a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

There could be a number of causes of such shivering and tingling but to be able to determine the cause, she needs to be clinically examined. Certain investigations might also be required based on the findings. The sore throat is likely to be related. Gurgling with lukewarm water and taking paracetamol for headache, should help.

If I had a patient like her, I would have perhaps checked the blood counts and malaria parasite in blood smear or a malaria dual antigen. The next thing to test for, would have been urine for routine microscopy and culture. Further steps should ensue according to the reports.

I suggest that you visit a doctor and get her assessed. If you require any further assistance thereafter, please share the details and I would be happy to help further.
