Question: Hello, I had been having severe stomach pain. around my nabel and to the right of it. I went to my Dr.
he ordered ultrasound. showing bowel loops right andn keft adnexa. Also tiny 4mm left lobe subcapsular cyst on my liver. I normally have bowel movement daily. Not now. if I have bowwel movement very small, hard. I picked up my medical records from hosp. yesterday. Everytime I
called my Dr. they said they did not have results, with no call back.

Hi.
You are suffering from pain central abdomen and constipation if I have perceived your question properly. The Ultrasound report is more or less normal but it would be better if you could upload the report for us to see and interpret.
For constipation your Doctor would have advised you some laxatives. If not you can take Syrup Lactulose 20 ml at night and let me know if it does not help.
You are most likely having some form of bowel inflammation most likely small intestine. But cant say without seeing reports. Do not worry it should be alright within a few days. Do send us the report and then I can tell you whether anything else needs to be done.
