Brief Answer:
I think, you should visit ER ASAP

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
To recapitulate: Female/68 - cured of Hepatitis C - cirrhosis - severe cramps - wants to know what to do?
I can understand the plight you must be going through.
Since cramping is severe I would advise you the following:
Please go to ER as cirrhosis alone does not cause any cramping.
You need urgent clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to know the cause. you will need an X-ray of the abdomen in standing position, tests of blood, urine and stool, ultrasound and further tests as per the cause found and management as per the cause found.

Do your have other symptoms like:
Bloating, nausea, vomiting, constipation or loose motions?
Fever, chills or any other symptoms?
