Welcome again and thanks for posting your pictures.

After analyzing the pictures with diligence and correlating with your history I can make out that you have got viral rash. It is not related to spider bite.

The typical of the eruptions and the systemic symptoms of fever, body ache and chills are supportive of "Chicken pox".

I suggest you to meet a family physician immediately and get the most appropriate treatment at the earliest.

In my patients with your kind of problem I generally prescribe Acyclovir or Famcyclovir along with pain killer (analgesics) such as paracetamol as per required dose.

Just take best of nutrition and do not remain empty stomach or fasting as it lowers down the immunity. You must take best nutritious diet as it plays a vital role in immunity.

Do not over strain or take stress as it can also lower down the immunity.
