Question: Hello doc,

My son has running nose and sneezing a lot.
He is one year old and his weight is 9.5 kg.
Currently we are giving him Maxtra P 4 ml
Can you please advice a medicine.

Hi...this looks like a common cold or viral cold. You need not worry unless he is having fast breathing or high grade fever or respiratory distress.

I suggest you use Syrup Xyzal 5ml once a day for 5 days under the guidance of his pediatrician.

For nose block you can use Nasivion-s saline nasal drops as frequently as required.
