What Causes Rotting Meat Odour In Urine?
Question: Hey I noticed that my urine smells like rotting flesh, its started since my period stopped 2 months ago

I read your question and i understand your concern. . Flesh like urinary smell is likely a urinary tract infection. If you have urinary discomforts like burning micturition , urgency or frequency then get a urine routine exam and see if it is UTI. Also a urine culture would be needed to sort out the organism causing it. Raised leukocyte count is an indicator of infection. Good coital and toilet habits and hygiene maintenance is advised. Avoid douching, keep the genitals hair free. VOid post coitally.
Not getting periods for the last two months on its own needs to be evaluated for the cause of menstrual irregularity like hormonal imbalance etc. That needs to be sorted out too . PCOS is the likely cause in young girls.
Nutshell, its UTI likely causing raised Leukocytes and menstrual irregularities should be evaluated.
