Brief Answer:
Red color lesion probably due to vascular lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
A red spot between scrotum and groin can be due to a vascular lesion.
Vascular lesion refers to a lesion arising from blood vessels.
The lesions in perineal region are suspicious for lesions caused by sexually transmitted diseases.
However, sexually transmitted diseases commonly present with rash, discharge, enlargement of lymph nodes, or bubo.
Do you have any of these complaints?

A red colored lesion is not seen in case of sexually transmitted disease.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination of the lesion.
Management can be planned after clinical assessment.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
