Brief Answer:
Take lots of fibres, fluids and avoid straining while passing stool

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.
Painless bleed per rectum after poo drops is most commonly caused by hemorrhoids. Other causes can be presence of polyp, some growth etc. So I will suggest you to visit a Gastroenterologist who will do sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy to see for the cause of bleeding and manage accordingly. In your case it appears to be bleeding from hemorrhoids. Home remedies for the same which I found very useful in my patients are:
1.Use an inflatable ring or cushion which may reduce pressure on the hemorrhoids
2.Do not use perfumed toilet paper that can damage sensitive skin
3.Do not scratch or rub the areas while cleaning and keep your nails short to avoid accidental scratches
4. Avoid straining during a bowel movement
6. Do not delay a bowel movement when the urge occurs as this can lead to constipation
5.Do sitz bath once or twice a day t
6. Activities like yoga and aerobics can be therapeutic helping to improve circulatory functions, digestion included.
7. Use high fibre diet and may add psyllium fibres to soften the stool
8. Take plenty of fluids
9. Avoid food stuffs that may cause constipation
10.Radish juice twice in a day
11. Mesh a boiled in milk and take it thrice per day.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health. If you have further query I will like to answer that too.

Brief Answer:
Get colonoscopy examination

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. Sorry for the delay. As I already mentioned you should undergo colonoscopy examination to confirm the cause of bleeding. This tingling sensation may be due to weather only. Wish you a good health.
