Brief Answer:
Suggestive of neurological problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXX,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your father's symptoms and they are suggestive of neurological problem. There seems to be mild weakness of lower limbs (legs) along with paresthesia (pulling sensation). This would happen with problems with spinal cord or the nerves of legs.

An evaluation by a neurologist would be useful.

After clinical examination by the doctor, an MRI of spine, nerve conduction studies, vitamin B12/D levels, etc may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
