Brief Answer:
Possibly hypotension, hypoglycemia with dehydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Black fluid, if not related to diet, strongly needs to thought of internal bleeding. Stools can also be black in color.
2. Possibly secondary to peptic ulcer. In addition to pepto, would require pantoprazole or esmoprazole. Might require to check stools for any dark color or stools examination for blood would be necessary, as internal bleeding could be present.
3. Light headedness is due to loss of blood and reduced oxygenation. Also get blood pressure checked, it might be low. Need to take plenty of water to control dehydration.
4. Due to vomiting force, the mucosa around the throat could be mildly damaged, which could be causing pain in left side of neck. Additionally this pain, can contribute to reduced eating, resulting in more lightheadedness due to hypoglycemia.
5. Need to go on soft diet, to reduce further irritation of mucosa. Plenty of fluids. Avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy or sour food, to avoid further gastritis.

Also need to get blood pressure checked. Additionally, hemoglobin estimation for anemia, and stool examination for blood maybe necessary.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
