Brief Answer:
Arthritis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain spreading to all your fingers is likely to be due to arthritis. In MRI mild inflammatory changes are seen in the capsule.
For proper diagnosis, some of the blood tests are advisable like-
1. Serum calcium levels.
2. Serum Uric acid levels.
3. RA factor
4. ESR and CRP
5. Serum Creatinine
You need a thorough clinical examination followed by investigations under the guidance of a rheumatologist or orthopedician.
Till then for symptomatic relief, you can take over the counter analgesics, do hot fomentation and apply local analgesic gel on the affected areas.

I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Due to inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If arthritis has been ruled out then it is likely to be due to overuse of the fingers on the keyboard for long hours causing the inflammation.
It is best to stretch your fingers every hour for 5 minutes while working on computer. Mild pain killers and a hot fomentation will also help.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Yes. It is not in the report.

Detailed Answer:
The MRI report is only suggesting mild inflammatory changes most likely due to overuse of the fingers. There is no mention of any nerve compression in the report. Your doctor is correct in saying that it is not mentioned in the report.
