Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
thanks for sending your question.

I can appreciate that you are dealing with a very stressful situation. there are many different possible causes of the symptoms which you have described. Since you indicated that you had a recent surgery it is possible that you may not be getting complete nourishment and absorption of all of your vitamins and minerals.

I think it is important for you to review this with your primary care physician and your gastroenterologist to see if you might need some special supplementation's of protein or vitamins at this time.

muscle cramping can because by a lot of different things including inflammation or possibly vitamin deficiency. It is important to review your diet and make sure that you are supplementing with appropriate intake of good well-balanced foods. Again it might be necessary for you to take some type of supplement as well.

In addition it is very important that you obtain daily exercise. Exercise will help your muscles.

I think it is very important again that you sit down with your primary care physician review all of your issues. I think a stepwise approach will help you get to the bottom of things and help you feel better each day.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
