Brief Answer:
Take precautions and treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms and attached Mri report are pointing towards involvement of nerve root exiting from cervical spine region.
The compression is not severe and seems to be reversible with appropriate management.
You need to follow following advices.
Avoid lifting heavy objects, overhead loads.
Do regular isometric exercises of cervical spine under guidance of a physiotherapist.
Take pain killers with muscle relaxant for 10-14 days.
Also take pregabalin or amitryptiline for pain modulation.
Surely you will get benefit in short time.
Avoid gym during this period.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I also want to ask that
AM I SUFFERING FROM DEGENERATIVE DISC DESEASE OR ANY OTHER
doctor
Answered by Dr. Neeraj Kumar (8 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Less likely to be degenerative disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome back to HCM.

Degenerative disc disease occurs due to increasing age or vitamin D or calcium deficiency.

At this age bony changes are less likely in absence of vitamin D deficiency.

The possibility of disc prolapse leading to nerve root compression is more likely.
Image pdf will help me to diagnose.

You can get your vitamin D levels too.

Continue treatment and physiotherapy advices as given previously.

Wishing you good health.
