Brief Answer:
Neurologic problems to be excluded first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!

I read your query and understood your concerns. Your symptoms aren't typical for heart problems but for neurological problems.

It's a well known fact that hypertension, obesity and sleep apnea are risk factors for cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke.

I recommend that you should contact a neurologist to exclude any neurologic problems.

However if you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to exclude any cardiac problems:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test

Hope you will find this information helpful.
Wish you health!
Dr. Benard
