What Causes No Ejaculation While Having Vaginal Sex?
Question: If i masturbate in bed by rubbing there i can ejaculate( semens coming) from the first time i started masturbating. But by hand or during sex intercourse (with girlfriend) i cannot ejaculate, even by oral sex. Any treatment i can have or any medicine i can take?. Im from uae

My height is 5.6, wieght-70, smoking- ocassionaly, drinking-yes, penis is erect, sugar and b.p normal. I have bipolar depression. Two year back i consult psychiartist and he given some medicine to deep sleep. Dear Sir,
1- No medicines
2- Morning erections get only if any sexual comes in mind
3- During sexual 3-5 minutes it is completely erect after it will diminishes. But this time i feel like semen will occur, but it is drying away. Six months back 15-20 min i try sex complete erect was there till I stop but problem is semens not coming out. Now a days the erection time have come down stangeley to 3-5 minute .This Erection time is same too, if i engage in oral sex only (if she takes in mouth )

You may need regular sex counselling sessions, which can be given online as well. To help ejaculate, you have to steadily increase arousal level to reach the tipping point. You can also get your serum testosterone level and prolactin level done.
