Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.

Muscle weakness occurs due to many reasons.

Potassium levels if decrease may cause muscle weakness, but there are other causes also like deranged sodium, calcium levels, diabetes, heart problems, deranged thyroid harmones.

So I advise you to get fasting blood sugar, thyroid profile, serum sodium and potassium, vit b12, serum creatinine, blood urea levels done and send me the report.

These all are investigations are must for making your diagnosis.

I hope you have got my point.

Thanks,
