Brief Answer:
Evaluation necessary..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As I understand you have this pain while getting to sleep. Now, there are various causes of such aches. Musculoskeletal aches, nutritional deficiency and neurovascular problems to name few are the known causes. Without physical examination and investigation (complete blood count, ESR, serum calcium, vitamin D as well as TSH to begin with) it will be hard to identify and isolate the cause. I will recommend you consult a physician / orthopedician.

In the meanwhile, I suggest starting pain medications like tab ibuprofen 400mg after food as and when needed. Calcium supplements will also benefit you.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
