Brief Answer:
Should see your doctor as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am really sorry for the health situation you are in.

You are reporting to go through the most severe psoriatic attack with generalised ill feeling.

If you have not consulted your doctor recently, I highly recommend to consult with him/her now.

Further evaluation of your current situation is needed as immediate prescription medicines might be needed.

For the moment, I advise to keep a good oral hygiene.

Wish fast recovery!
