Brief Answer:
Ma'am you need to go to hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I am really concerned for your health.

Ma'am I would like to make you understand that heart has 3 major arteries for its blood supply out of which LAD is the one of the major artery.

Proximal LAD 100% blockage means you probably had a major heart attack as lad supply a large area of heart muscle.

It's strongly recommended that you should continue with all the medicine which have been prescribed to you and go to your cardiologist at earliest because the more you delay the more cardiac muscles will be damaged. It's a life threatening situation.

I hope this information will be of help. If you have any more doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

May God bless you

Brief Answer:
Good to hear that you got treatment for it

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Once the stent is placed in the heart it becomes even more important to continue with the prescribed meds especially the blood thinners like aspirin and clopidogrel. As stent is a foreign material so these meds help keep it patent by keeping the blood thin and avoiding clot formation inside the stent.

So in your case it's advisable that you should consult your treating cardiologist and discuss about the side effects you are experiencing so that he could adjust the meds accordingly.
