Question: I have vaginal problem feels itchy and i dont know if it is infection or genital warts could u help me with that

The first photo i have send is the early days of the infection the secod photo is after starting treatment with clotrimazol internsl and external both after 5 days ian not sexualy active but igot engaged and 2 months ago i have had sex with my partner in the very early days after my period it has stared haveing yellow discharge and it was very smelly around 3 days after my each perid for about 2 months still i feel ichy in the infected area and sometimes afyer walk around my anus but no symptoms of infection around my anus just vagina thanks i have ezcema but the very simple one also hypothridism taking pills for about 6 years thanks

If no lesions it is more likely fungal infection
Clean area with warm water twice daily.
Apply clotrimazole cream/ lotion twice daily.
Take oral flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 4 weeks
If itching cetrizine.
