Brief Answer:
This could be due to acid reflux..

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for your follow up question..
the symptoms suggestive of acid reflux ..but it is not classical GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease where acid reflux occurs into esophagus and we see epigastric pain, nausea and easily diagnosed and treated..
You are having a similar condition called as LPRD that is laryngopharyngeal reflux disease..
At either end of your esophagus is a ring of muscle (sphincter). Normally, these sphincters prevent the contents of the stomach refluxing back into esopahagus or throat. But with LPRD, the sphincters don't work right. Stomach acid backs up into the back of your throat (pharynx) or voice box (larynx)..
this acid reflux in throat causing throat itching..and the same acid reflux in voice box can lead to difficulties in speaking..
Nothing to worry..this can be treated conservatively with medications and you will be fine..
i recommend the following
1) It is easy to treat in you because you don't have any triggering factors like taking coffee, tea, soda and you don't have habit of smoking or taking alcohol..i really appreciate you.
-take green tea after eating something like in the morning have it after breakfast and never in empty stomach
2) take your diet regularly and avoid skipping meals..
3) avoid spicy,tomato based foods..
4) eat your dinner three hours before going to bed
5) Elevate head end of the bed about 4 inches
6) Regarding medications this condition is treated effectively using proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole taken in the early morning, before breakfast
the proton pump inhibitors should be take up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on the symptoms.

Hope i have answered your question..wish you a speedy recovery and good health..take care.
