What Causes Itching Around The Scrotum At Night?

Question: i am feeling very ashamed right now but i have to ask now.. i feel a lot of urge to itch ar my scrotum at night + i have a very good hygeine and still i feel lot of liquid just below my scrotum where i need to itch and on the opposite sides of my scrotum my skin looks like that.. pleas help me

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like either intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds or inflammed Tinea which is a fungal infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a cream containing steroid and antifungal like sertaconazole and beclomethasone combination on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks ago and take antihistaminic like tablet hydroxyzine 10 mg once in morning and tablet hydroxyzine 25 mg once at night for 2 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

i am having a very moist and itchy scrotum which is very smelly.. though that liguid is costing my underwear very dirty. making my scrotum very read and moist and i can feel the liquid and when i touch and smell that liquid. it is very sour. please help me that y my scrotum is very moist and making my underwear dirty

Your scrotum is moist because of scratching and abrasions you are having over the scrotal skin.
Apart from the above mentioned medicines you can also go for potassium permanganate compresses over the affected area twice daily.
These will reduce the oozing, moisture and smell over the scrotal skin.

i cannkt find any pottasium permanganate compresses cream. and can you give the cream names. u just said cream containing sertaconazole and beclomethasone.. please dont give vague answers as it is very expensive to even ask.

You can apply either onabet B cream or sertacide B cream on the affected areas.
As far as potassium permanganate compresses is concerned it is not available as cream. It is in the form of granules.
You need to dilute 5-6 granules of potassium permanganate in half mug of water at room temperature to make a light pink colour.
Dip a clean gauze or cotton cloth in the pink water, squeeze it and place it on the moist region of the scrotum for 5 minutes twice daily.
After the compresses apply either onabet B cream or sertacide B cream.

There are no permanent ways to reduce sweating except excision of apocrine gland bearing area.
To reduce sweating reduce physical activities leading to increased sweating, wear cotton undergarments, maintain personal hygiene and use a dusting powder in the groin region 3-4 times in a day.
