What Causes Irregular Menstruation After Delivery While Lactating?
Question: hi,
my wife has a sugerian delivery on 1 july 2015. after that she had her period at 15 days or 20 days interval time . her period was on 3 sep. 2015. we had unsafe sex on 20 and 25 sep 2015 but i did not injected my sperm into her . till then she has not got period. we have tested prega news 5 times with the first morning sample. last test was done on 1 nov . 2015. but all time result came negative. so why she is not getting period from 3 sep. 2015.

It is common to have irregular periods in lactational period and at timed there is some hormonal imbalance.
Give her tablet norethisterone 5 mg three times a day for 3 days and on leaving the drug she will get periods in 3-5 days.
But it is a prescription drug so you will need to consult your gynecologist for that.
But in case this is repeated in next few cycles too then get her thyroid hormone levels and prolactin levels checked.

but if i don't give medicine then what will happen. when she will have her period

She can wait for her periods if not anxious. But it might take a couple of weeks and till then take good diet and night time sleep.
But in the meanwhile take care of the contraception part as there can be erratic ovulation and thus can result in pregnancy.

if at the time sperm coming out and we pull out our penis to prevent pregnancy. is there any chance to get pregnant then. i have never injected my sperm . and i have tested through test kit. can we believe on test kit as we have tested 5 times and all time test came negative.

Yes it's good that you haven't ejaculated inside her but that is also not completely protective and just decreases the chances of pregnancy and doesn't eliminate it completely as there can be sperms in pre cum thus can result in pregnancy so use of condoms is a better option.
Right now just practice safe sex and can wait for spontaneous periods for this month at least but in case she still doesn't get them then take hormone withdrawal.
