Question: 36 year old female, intermittent chest pain on middle to right side just above the breasts, not necessarily sharp pain but dull aching pain

The intermittent pain on the right side of your chest just above your breasts could be a muscular pain or due to gastroesophageal reflux disease.

You can take Nexium and Tylenol for relief.
Take Nexium once a day before breakfast and Tylenol thrice a day.
