I am otherwise fit and try to eat healthy stuff on regular basis but from the last few times ,Whenever i eat ice creams , brownies or any such fatty/creamy foods , i experience pain in my chest area . The moment i start eating , the pain starts and if i start walking right after eating such foods , the pain vanishes in few minutes ....

Brief Answer:
need to investigate

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
A sudden Chest discomfort on eating ice cream makes it necessary to consider a food allergic condition.
However, the given description of symptoms and the manner of pain is highly unlikely to suggest an allergic phenomenon. An allergy to food would usually present as acute onset breathlessness, nausea, rashes, dizziness, itching, etc. Pain is not normally observed in allergic reaction.
Moreover, being able to tolerate the foodstuff in past decreases the likelihood of allergy.

Now to understand your problem i need to know
1) describe the nature of chest pain, is it throbbing, choking, sharp shooting, etc
2) how long after eating does the pain begin? and is it, that once you are able to swollow the bolus completely, the pain suddenly disappears?
3) Have you experienced the similar discomfort with other cold foodstuffs?
4) have you ever tried to gulp a sip of water over it? if yes, what happen to the pain?

Answers to these can help me to have a clearer picture of your problem.
Note: It is advisable to consult a local doctor in case you find the problem severe. Moreover, nothing can substitute an in person examination of a doctor.

waiting for answers to above questions....
