Take Aspirin and Take & send ECG.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I'm Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I will help you. I have read your query carefully and being your personal doctor, I will solve all your health problems.

You mention that you have epilepsy and that you are taking tegretol.

The important thing is that you must go to a hospital or a clinic and take an ECG.

The ECG test is quick and painless and inexpensive (cheap). This is important to rule out heart problems and if they exist what is the best medicine(s) to take.

Chest pain on the left side can be due to many causes including heart and lung problems. The cause could also be acidity in the stomach.

I am looking forward to you uploading your ECG reading on this website either through the upload button or by sending an email to YYYY@YYYY

Meanwhile you can take an Aspirin for the pain. You will feel better soon.

All the best,
Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
