Brief Answer:
OCPs should be stopped

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Increased blood pressure is the side effect of oral contraceptive pills.
Moreover, if you have increased blood pressure, then you should not take the pills as these can cause hemorrhage in brain or heart attack if the blood pressure is uncontrolled.
I Will suggest you to consult your doctor to consider stopping oral contraceptive pills.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
