Brief Answer:
Blood pressure for postural drop/Adequate hydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with these complaints, I would have checked up for blood pressure for postural drop and asked you to have adequate intake of fluids. If there is postural fall in blood pressure, it should be corrected.
Some basic blood tests like hemogram, blood sugar, serum creatinine and serum electrolytes need to be tested as well.

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with further details.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
