Brief Answer:
Orchitis and constipation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

The heaviness, pain and fluid feeling in the testis can be either due to orchitis or due to varicocoele. Both can produce mild pain and fever. You may have to get examined to rule out both. If Orchitis it can be cured with oral antibiotics if varicocoel then a surgery may have to be planned in management for the same.

The blood in the stools is simply related to the cponstipation you have. Also consitpation is bad to one with testicular problems. You may have to fiber supplements or laxative to get rid of constipation.

Do take Psyllium husk a spoon of it mixed in a glass of water or milk in the night or you can take Liquid paraffin 10ml in the night. This relieves the constipation and its associated symptoms.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
