Brief Answer:
Viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Seems like symptoms of common flu, or viral infection, especially if symptoms started suddenly.

How about the body temperature, did you measured it?

It is necessary to rest and to have good fluids intake, vitamin C and paracetamol or ibuprofen for a couple of days.

If symptoms persist more than three days, or any worsening of actual symptoms, especially confusion, you should consult with your primary care Doctor and have a medical evaluation.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
