Question: Hi I have had blood test showing low calcium , but not getting any better constant headaches pale feeling faint muscle weakness palpitations tingling in left arm and leg and cold hands and feet, not getting anywhere with doctors can you help

The symptoms that you are having are likely to be related to benign causes like electrolyte imbalance, vitamin B 12 and vit D deficiency, etc. Most of the times these symptoms can be taken care of by taking electrolyte rich fluids, Methylcobalamin and vit D supplements. Eat a diet rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, nuts, milk, eggs, pulses and cereals. Do brisk walking exercise for 40 minutes daily. Get 6-8 hours of refreshing sleep daily. Ok is just that i am having bad episodes of feeling faint shaking and muscle tightness , heart palpitations its lasts for about 15 mins then feel tired , nausea as if my calcium levels are dropping and going really pale and disorientated
