Brief Answer:
if started just for a few days then nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thanks for posting your query. I am pleased to be able to assist you and I hope you derive some useful information from my reply.
I feel you have flu syndrome and it is actually nothing to worry about. If these symptoms have only been for a couple of days to less than 1 week then you are fine. However, you can take warm soup or coffee or tea, keep warm and avoid exposure to cold. If outside is too cold, then you stay indoors till the cold subsides to avoid infecting others or if you must go out, try to protect yourself and others from coughing openly. You can get Tylenol or Paracetamol from a pharmacy for the fever (or if having a headache). If your symptoms persist or increase in intensity up to the point where you cannot longer tolerate, please pay a visit to a primary care physician for further evaluation and may be additional prescription.
hope this help
