Hello

Feeling heat inside ear is a common problem and can be due to many reasons like

Fungal infection of the ear

Due to diabetes, that is high blood sugars

Due to skin diseases like dermatitis

Due to medications especially anti diabetic, anti hypertensive

Can also be due to hair XXXXXXX or any other chemical/oil that you may be applying

I would like do you have any of above mentioned problem or are you take any medications?
Since when are you feeling heat?

I am taking biotin and garlic capsules. What then can you prescribe or suggest I do. I sleep with my AC on and I do not cover my hear or ears. My mum suggest it must be cold

Hello

It is unlikely that cold will cause the burning sensation , it is likely to be due to some neurological condition or diabetes or chemicals.

I would recommend that you continue biotin and garlic capsules as they may help.

Please meet your ent doctor and get yourself examined , to look for the cause of burning.

Without knowing the cause , it is difficult to recommend any medications/ear drops for your sensation.
