Brief Answer:
probably a respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your symptoms sound like a respiratory tract infection. If you don't have any fever then you can just wait without any treatment, because the most common viral illnesses which cause these symptoms are self limited and resolve over a few days. If you have fever then a visit to your doctor would be appropriate in order to exclude more important causes.

Kind Regards!

paracetamol for the symptoms

Paracetamol would help with the symptoms and the fever but diagnosing the cause of fever is equally (or more) important. Some infection require antibiotic treatment, so knowing the kind of infection is important.
